摘  要:电熔爆加工是一种非接触式放电加工,要求对工作电压、工作电流、进给速度和位移等进行实时控制。针对电熔爆机床的加工特点,提出了基于S3C44B0X处理器和μC/OS-II实时操作系统的数控系统解决方案,并对该数控系统的硬件设计和软件设计进行了详细说明。该系统具有成本低、功能强、使用方便、高实时性和高可靠性等优点,具有很好的应用前景。The electrical melting and explosion machining is a kind of non- contact discharge machining, in which the working voltage, working electric current, feed speed and displacement must be controlled in real time. In allusion to the characteristics of the electrical melting and explosion machine tool, the CNC system based on S3C44B0X and μC/Os-Ⅱ RTOS is introduced. The design of hardware and software of the system are discussed in detail. The system has many advantages such as low cost, great capability, easy operation, good real- time and good reliability, so it has good application foreground.
