摘　　要：银行生境是银行个体、种群或群落所在地区的生态环境。构成银行生境的生态因子影响了银行的成长、行为和分布。借鉴组织生态学理论,本文界定了银行生境内涵及其因子构成,划分了银行生境的类型,并分析了脆弱银行生境改善的生态对策。Banking ecological environment is the ecological environment of the regions where individual banks, bank clusters or communities are located. The ecological genes which constitute banking ecological environment affect the growth, behavior and distribution of banks. Using the theory of organizational ecology for reference, this paper defines the connotation of banking ecological environment and its gene make - up, classifies the types of banking ecological environment, and analyzes the ecological countermeasures for the improvement of vulnerable banking ecological environment.
