摘　　要：根据黑液波美度软测量模型,阐述了利用软测量技术检测黑液波美度的方法,提出了一种性能可靠、较为廉价的仪表设计方案,详细介绍了黑液波美度软测量仪表的硬件和软件研发以及在实际应用中的操作方法.According to the soft measuring model of the Baume degree, this paper discusses the method of measuring the Baume degree of black liquor by means of soft measuring technique. A reliable and cheaper instrument used for measuring the Baume degree of black liquor is presented in this paper. The hardware, software design and operation methods of the instrument are also illustrated in detail.
