摘　　要：提出了二进制浮点数与十进制数之间相互转换的程序设计的一种新思路:不需复杂的算法或复杂的数学推导且可以推广应用到其它格式的浮点数数制转换程序的设计中.在智能化仪器仪表的程序设计中,非常具有推广应用价值.Abstract ：This article showed with emphasis the format of binary - floating - point data. It gives a new idea on programming, whi（＇h is the conversion between binary floating number and decimal digit. This idea does not need the complex algorithm or the complex mathematical. This idea can be applied to the design of other forms of floating - digit couversion procedure. So it has great the promotion application value, in the intellectualized instrument measuring appliance programming.
