下肢原发骨肿瘤的保留肢体手术

摘　　要：对２０例原发骨肿瘤应用人工假体、灭活再植、牛骨移植三种方法修复大块骨缺损及关节功能重建，获得较好的肢体保留及功能恢复。存活率：成骨细胞肉瘤存活５年以上２／１０，３年以上４／１０；皮质旁骨肉瘤８年以上２／２；恶性骨巨细胞瘤１０年以上８／８。The artificial prosthesis, inactivation replantation and bovine bone transplantation were used fon the repair of massive bone defect and function recombination of joint in 20 cases of primary malignant bony tumor and better limb retention and functionl recovery were gained. The survival rates are 2/10 over 5 years and 4/10 over 3 years in osteoblastic sarcoma, 2/2 over 8 years in juxtacortical osteosarcoma; 8/8 over 10 yeas in malignant giant-cell tumor of bone.
