摘 要:专利情报的作用不应仅限于一种技术和法律的资源,对大学高年级本科生和研究生来说,经过选择的基本专利文献还能起到良好的作为研究性创新学习的新鲜案例教材作用。通过分析阅读最新的专利文献,并以此为导引教材的创新教学方法是一种集情报素质教学、专业和专业外语训练、创新思维探索和创新能力培养于一体的有效教学途径。Patent information is more than just technological or legal information. It is an undemtilized source, particularly as a text material in the teaching for senior college students. Up to the day, selected basic patent and patent applications documents usually contain the first disclosure of new technologies and processes and serve to link theory with practice. Patent literatures provide 'real world' examples for students' research innovation activities. Through reading and analyzing processes guided by tutor, science students have the skills that match the information resources they will use as professionals. Practice for students' research learning motived by patent literature must become part of their potent train approach mixing information hteracy, specialty and professionals foreign language instruction.
