摘　　要：报道1例上颌第三磨牙拔除后同时合并上颌窦穿孔与皮下气肿的病例。该牙拔除顺利、完整,术后患者反复擤涕、咳痰,导致皮下气肿形成,但上颌窦穿孔是否与擤涕、咳痰有关,则不能确定。One case of oroantral fistula and subcutaneous emphysema after upper third molar extraction was reported. The tooth was taken out safely and completely. But the patient tried to spit the sputum and blew the nose repeatedly after the operation, this resulted in the complication of subcutaneous emphysema. But the cause of oroantral fistula was unsure.
