Caspase-3蛋白在喉癌中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的研究喉癌中Caspase-3的表达与相关病理生物学行为及其对临床预后的影响。方法应用免疫组化法检测68例原发喉癌组织中Caspase-3基因蛋白的表达情况。结果68例喉癌中Caspase-3呈阳性反应34例,占50.0%。其中,48例声门上型喉癌中呈现Caspase-3阳性反应占45.83%(22/48),20例声门型喉癌占60.0%(12/20);Caspase-3的阳性表达与喉癌颈淋巴结转移呈负相关。结论Caspase-3在喉癌中低表达,其原位检测对喉癌淋巴结转移和预后估计具有参考价值。[Objective] To investigate the expression of human caspase-3 in human laryngeal cancer, and to explore the relationship between its expression and clinical pathology biological factors including lymph node metastasis and prognosis of human laryngeal squarnous cell cancer. [Method] The expression of caspase-3 was studied using two-step immunohistochemistry method with antibody against caspase-3 protein in paxaffin-embedded specimens of 68 cases with primary laryngeal cancer tissue and 10 cases with neighboring noncancerous normal epithelial tissue. [Result] Human caspase-3 protein expressive rate was 50.0% in laryngeal cancer tissue. The positive rate is 45.83% （22/48） and 60.0% （12/20） seperately among supraglottic laryngeal carcinoma and glottis laryngncareinoma. A significant negative correlation was found between lymphatic metastasis and caspase-3 positive expression （P 〈0.05）. [Conclusion] caspase-3 might play an important role in the development of invasion and metastasis of the laryngeal cancer. It was indicated that patients with caspase-3 negative expression would have a greater chance of metastasis with a ooorer nrognosis.
