双荷包、单吻合器保肛术式在直肠癌中的应用

摘　　要：目的介绍双荷包、单吻合器保肛术式在直肠癌保肛手术中应用的体会,探讨术后并发症的防治对策。方法回顾分析该院2003年6月～2007年6月67例直肠癌患者应用双荷包、单吻合器保肛术式行保肛手术的临床资料。结果手术成功率为100%,无1例死亡,吻合口出血1例,吻合口瘘1例,吻合口复发1例,1例广泛腹腔转移,4例肝转移,无吻合口狭窄。结论双荷包、单吻合器的改良保肛术式的应用,扩大了直肠癌保肛手术的治疗范围,具有手术时间短、节省费用、成功率高、并发症少等优点。[Objective] To present the application of double ring stapling and single stabling technique for anussaving operation in reetal eaneer, and to investigate the prevention measure of eomplieation after operation of reetal eaneer. [Methods] A retrospeetive study of 67 post-operation patients with reetal eaneer from June 2003 to June 2007 was performed. [Results] All of the operations were successful, no operation-related death. The eomplieafion ineluded anastomosis bledding in 1 ease and anastomosis leakage in 1 ease. There were anatomosis reeurrenee in 1 ease, widly peritoneum metastasis in 1 ease, hepatie metastases in 4 eases and no anastomosis strieture. [Conedu- sions] The applieafion of the double ring stapling and single stabling teehnique for anus-saving operation in reetal eaneer extends the range of therapy for anus-saving operation. It has the advantages of shortening time, saving eos4 raising the sueeessful rate and deereasing the eomplieation.
