血管紧张素Ⅱ在鼻咽癌组织中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)在鼻咽癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测108例鼻咽癌患者肿瘤组织中AngⅡ的表达情况。以鼻息肉组织标本30例为对照。结果AngⅡ在鼻咽癌组织中阳性表达细胞百分率为:70.4%,鼻息肉中表达率仅40%,两者比较有统计学差别;AngⅡ在鼻咽癌组织中的表达与T分期正相关,相关系数γ=0.238,P<0.05;AngⅡ的表达在合并肿瘤远处转移患者中明显高于无远处转移患者。结论AngⅡ在鼻咽癌组织中表达增高,且与肿瘤的T分期、M分期相关,可能在鼻咽癌的发生、发展、转移中起重要作用。[Objective] To investigate the expression of Angiotensin-Ⅱ in nasopharyngeal carcinoma（NPC） and it＇ s clinical significance. [Methods] The expression of Angiotensin- Ⅱ was detected by immunohistochemical method in specimens from 108 NPC patients and 30 cases of nasal polyp.[Resuhs] The positive rate of Angiotensin- Ⅱ expression in NPC patients was 70.4%, which was higher than nasal polyp with only 40%, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. The expression of Angiotensin- Ⅱ was positively correlated to the stages of NPC in T. The expression rate on the stage of M1 was significantly higher than M0.[Conclusion] The expression of Angiotensin- Ⅱ is enhanced in NPC tissue, and positively correlated to the stage of NPC in T and M, which indicates Angiotensin- Ⅱ may play an important role in the pathogenesis and development of this tumor.
