摘 要:目的探讨多脏器功能不全综合征对大鼠线粒体呼吸功能的损伤及丹参的保护作用。方法采用大鼠多脏器功能不全综合征(MODS)模型,实验动物随机分为正常对照组(6只)、感染性MODS组(6只)和丹参治疗组(6只),测定大鼠心脏、肝脏和肠组织线粒体呼吸功能和呼吸链复合体Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅳ的酶活性。结果MODS模型组大鼠各器官线粒体呼吸功能明显降低,呼吸链复合体Ⅰ、Ⅳ的酶活性明显减弱(P<0.05),丹参治疗组各器官呼吸功能明显改善,呼吸链复合体Ⅰ、Ⅳ的酶活性明显增强(P<0.05)。结论丹参可以通过改善线粒体的呼吸功能来减轻各脏器的组织损伤,在MODS的防治中发挥重要作用。Objective To discuss the respiratory function injury of mitochondria in rat by MODS and protection from Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae. Methods Rat model of MODS was used in this study. Rats were randomly divided into the normal control group (n=6), MODS group (n=6) and Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae treatment group (n=6). The respiratory function of mitochondria and mitochondrial complex Ⅰ , Ⅱ, Ⅳ activity of heart, liver and gut in rat were analyzed. Results The respiratory function can be reduced remarkably and mitochondrial complex Ⅰ , Ⅳ activity can be significantly decreased in groups of MODS (P〈0.05). The respiratory function can be improved remarkably and mitochondrial complex Ⅰ , Ⅳ activity can be significantly increased in groups which have been treated with Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae (P〈0.05). Conchmion Radix Salviae Mihiorrhizae can lessen tissue injury of heart, liver and gut by improving the respiratory function of mitochondria, and can play an important role in prevention and therapy of MODS.
