中晚期食管癌夹心治疗近期疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨中晚期食管癌夹心治疗近期疗效。方法118例中晚期食管癌随机分为对照组和治疗组，对照组行单纯放射治疗。治疗组为夹心治疗，即根治性放疗前后各按FD方案化疗1～2个周期。然后比较两组治疗后1a生存率和生活质量。结果治疗组1a生存率及生活质量均明显高于对照组（P＜0．001）结论夹心治疗中晚期食管癌较单纯放射治疗疗效好，但毒副反应有所增加。To investigate the sandwich therapy effect foresophageal carcinoma.Methods One hundred and eighteen patients with mediate and advanced stage esophageal carcinomawere divided into two groups: treatment group treaed with sandwich therapy and contro group treated with radiotherapy.Results The 1-year- survival rates and quality of life in treatment group is higher than that of control group.Conclusion The effect of sandwich therapy is higher than that of radiotherapy alone on esopohageal carcinoma. But the side-effects were also enhanced at the same. time.
