慈丹胶囊联合ELF方案治疗晚期胃癌临床分析

摘　　要：目的：观察慈丹胶囊联合ELF方案治疗晚期胃癌的疗效。方法：将128例胃癌晚期患者随机分为两组,每组64例。治疗组用慈丹胶囊联合ELF化疗方案治疗,对照组予以ELF方案治疗。治疗3周期后评价疗效及毒副反应。结果：全部病人均可评价疗效。对照组缓解率52.9%,生存时间为4-18个月,中位生存期8个月。治疗组缓解率65.6%,生存时间为4-22个月,中位生存期9.2个月。两组比较,差异均有显著性意义（P〈0.05）。毒副反应主要为胃肠道反应、末梢神经炎、骨髓抑制,治疗组骨髓抑制明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：慈丹胶囊联合ELF方案治疗晚期胃癌有效率高,生存期延长,骨髓抑制明显减轻。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of late gastric cancer by the combination of Cidan capsule with ELF plan. Methods： 128 patients with late gastric cancer were divided randomly into therapeutic group and control groups, 64 in each group. Patients in the therapeutic group were treated with the combination of Cidan capsule and ELF chemotherapy plan, while patients in the control group were treated only with the ELF chemotherapy plan. The therapeutic effects and the side effects were evaluated after 3 courses treatment. Results： Remission rate in control group was 52.9 % and survival time was about 4 to 18 months. The median was 8 months. Remission rate in therapeutic group was 65.6 % and survival time was about 4 to 22 months. The median was 9.2 months. There was a significant difference between them（P〈0. 05）. The most common side effects were gastrointestinal reaction, peripheral neuritis, bone marrow sion （BMD）, and BMD in therapeutic group was obviously lower than in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： It is showed that the combination of Cidan capsule and ELF plan is efficient for the late gastric cancer by extending the survival time and reducing BMD.
