摘 要:用不同细度的煤粉在1 300℃的携带炉内制焦,对煤粉及煤焦进行了元素分析和工业分析。以灰分作为示踪物,计算研究了高温条件下煤粉挥发分及元素释放特性。结果表明,采用常规方法测得的煤粉挥发分随粒度的增大而增加,而在1 300℃携带炉内,煤粉挥发分的实际释放量随煤粉粒度的增大而减小;煤粉在1 300℃携带炉内的实际挥发分释放总量远大于常规工业分析方法测得的数值,而且这种差别随煤粉粒度的减小而增大;随煤粉粒径的减小,挥发分释放总量和各元素的释放率均相应增大。研究结果为超细煤粉再燃还原NO提供了依据。Coal char was produced using pulverized coal with different particle size in the drop tube at 1 300℃ , and the compositions of the pulverized coal and coal char were analyzed. With ash as tracer material, the rdexse characteristic of volatile and element in the pulverized coal at high temperature condition was studied. The result shows that the release amount of volatile in pulverized coal increased with the increasing of coal size by general method. However, the experimental release amount of volatile in the drop tube at 1 300 17 decreased with the increasing of coal size. The total amount of volatile released in the 1 300℃ drop tube is much larger than that detected by general method, and the difference increased with the decreasing of coal particle size. The smaller the coal particle size, the larger of the total released quantity of volatile and each element. The result may be used as a reference for the development of reducing NOx technology with superfine pulverized coal rebuming.
