摘  要:目的观察红球藻粉对大鼠生理的影响。方法连续30 d灌胃给予Wistar大鼠0.4 g/kg,0.8 g/kg和1.6g/kg剂量红球藻破壁藻粉,观察其行为和生理变化。结果动物外观和行为无异常反应,没有发生死亡和明显毒性反应,体重迅速增加,雌雄个体间出现明显分化,雄性增重速度快、摄食量大。单因子统计显示红球藻粉对大鼠体重无明显影响(P>0.0 5),但配对统计表明红球藻粉对大鼠体重有不同程度作用。该作用与摄食量无关,而与剂量和大鼠性别有一定关系,低剂量使雌雄大鼠增重;中剂量使雄性减重而对雌性无影响;高剂量使雌性增重而对雄性无影响。红球藻粉对大鼠血液学及血清各项生化指标均无明显影响(P>0.05)。结论国产红球藻粉无明显的毒性反应,食用安全。Objective To Study the effect of Haematococcus pluvialis powder on physiological metabolism of Wistar rats. Methods Different dosages of cell-wall-crushed and astaxanthin-enriched Haematococcus pluvialis powder (0.4 g/kg, 0.8 g/kg and 1.6 g/kg) were given to Wistar rats by intragastric administration for 30 days. The changes of physiological behaviors of Wistar rats were recorded. Results No apparent abnormal behavior, poisoning symptom and death were observed in the tested rats. Each individual gained weight greatly with a significant differentiation between the male and the female rats. Compared to the female rats, the males' s weight increased more rapidly due to its large intake of feedstock. Matching statisticsindicated that the supplement of H. pluvialis powder obvious affected the body weight although single factor analysis showed no significant variation in each tested group (P〉0.05). Furthermore, the changes of body weight were both sex dependent and dosage dependent of the powder supplemented instead of the amount of feedstock taken by the rats. The weight of the male and female Wistar rats increased after the supplement of low dosage of the algal powder. The males' s weight was reduced and the females' s weight was not affected in the middle dosage supplemented group. High dosage of H. pluvialis powder had no effect on males' s weight but enhanced the females' s weight. Haematological studies and biochemical profiles of rats serum indicated no significant difference (P〉0.05). Conclusion H. pluvialis powder produced in China is safe without toxicity in food and nutrition.
