摘  要:并行双回转的爬行现象对高精度光纤定位是十分不利的.为了克服这种爬行现象,首先从动力学角度建立光纤爬行的动力学模型,论证了光纤爬行的实质是一种复杂的摩擦自激振动现象,然后结合实际跑合过程,从机械学的角度进一步分析获得传动齿轮安装偏斜、中心轴支撑同心不良、中心零定位弹簧片安装过紧和偏心消隙弹簧不能正常储能、释能是导致光纤爬行的根本原因,并对此提出了一些可行的解决措施,收到了良好的效果.Crawling problems of parallel double revolving optical fiber have a very negative impact on the optical fiber positioning system. In order to solve these problems, a simple theory model of crawling problems of optical fiber was constructed and the crawling problems of optical fiber were demonstrated to be a kind of complicated friction self-excited vibration phenomenon. Then, according to the actual crawling problems during the running-in period, a detailed and further analysis was carried out. It was found that gear fitting deflection, undesirable bearing fitting concentricity, too tight fitting of zero finding leaf spring and abnormal energy storage and release process of elimination gap spring are essential reasons for the crawling problems and some feasible measures were put forward.
