卵巢移植——维护年轻宫颈癌放疗患者的卵巢功能

摘　　要：报道５例应用血管吻合方法为年轻的宫颈癌患者自体卵巢向盆腔外移植，以预防腔内加体外常规放疗对卵巢的过量照射。卵巢移植对维护上述患者卵巢功能、改善生活质量有积极意义。腋下是安全、合理的移植部位。对卵巢移植的指征、技术操作以及月经恢复问题进行了讨论。Five cases of cervical carcinoma treated with auto ovary transplantation, using micro surgery technique for end to end anastomosis of blood vessels, at the axillary region, in order to prevent over dosage of conventional radiotherapy, combination of intracavitary and external radiation. It is of great significance for maintaining the ovary function of the above mentioned patients, and improving their living quality. Sub axillary region is the safe and reasonable place for transplantation. The indication, technique performance and recovery of menstruation were discussed.
