摘 要:目的对师范院校实习生的焦虑状况及相关因素进行调查研究,以增强实习生教育的针对性和有效性。方法采用状态-特质焦虑量表对466名师范实习生进行问卷调查。结果1师范实习生的焦虑显著高于在校大学生和全国大学生常模(S-AI&T-AIP=0.00),2女生的焦虑显著高于男生(S-AIP=0.01,T-AIP=0.06);3专科实习生的焦虑显著高于本科实习生(S-AIP=0.00,T-AIP=0.01);4理科类学生的焦虑显著高于艺体类学生(S-AI&T-AIP=0.03);5来自农村家庭的实习生的焦虑显著高于来自城市家庭的实习学生(S-AIP=0.00,T-AIP=0.03)。结论实习生的焦虑水平高于在校大学生;性别、学历、专业类别、家庭背景、对实习的适应状况和对实习结果的期望值、对就业前景的态度是影响实习生焦虑的主要因素。Objective To study normal trainees' anxiety and its correlative factors, it could improve the guidance and efficiency of educational practice. Methods 466 trainees from normal university were accessed with STAI(From Y). Results (1)The value of anxiety of trainees is significant higher than that of undergraduates and norm of undergraduates of the whole country (S-AI T-AI P=0. 00) ; (2)The value of anxiety of female is significant higher than that of male (S-AI P=0.01,T-AI P-0.06); (3) The value of anxiety of college trainees is significant higher than that of university trainees (S-AI P= 0.00, T-AI P= 0. 01); (4)The value of anxiety of science trainees is significant higher than that of art (S-AI & T-AI P=0.03) ; (5)The value of anxiety of trainees that from rural is significant higher than that of those from urban (S-AI P=0.00, T-AI P=0.03). Conclusion The value of anxiety of trainee is higher than undergraduates; The main influencing factors of anxiety are sex, educational level, classification of specialty, background of family, adaptation condition of practice, expectation level of practical result and attitude to their future vocation.
