改良地西泮负荷疗法治疗震颤谵妄对照研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨改良地西泮负荷疗法对酒精戒断性震颤谵妄的临床疗效。方法:将60例酒精戒断性震颤谵妄患者随机分成改良地西泮负荷疗法治疗(地西泮组)和氟哌啶醇治疗(氟哌啶醇组),每组各30例。采用酒精戒断综合征评定量表、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、临床疗效总评量表(CGI)评定疗效。结果:地西泮组戒断综合征评定量表和CGI在治疗第3天、第5天和第7天时的评分显著低于氟哌啶醇组,而且SDS、SAS在治疗第5天和第7天评分也显著低于氟哌啶醇组。结论:改良地西泮负荷疗法治疗酒精戒断性震颤谵妄安全有效。Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of modifying diazepam loading therapy in the treatment of delirium tremble due to alcohol withdrawal. Method： 60 patients with delirium tremble due to alcohol withdrawal were randomly divided into modif＇ying diazepam loading therapy （diazepam group, n = 30）and haloperidol group （haloperidol group, n = 30）. The efficacy was evaluated by alcohol withdrawal syndrome asessment scale, self-rating depression scale （SDS）, serf-rating anxiety scale （SAS） and clinical global impression （CGI）. Results： The total scores of ＇alcohol withdrawal syndrome assessment scale and CGI in diazepam group were significantly lower than that in haloperidol group ＇after treatment 3,5 and 7 days, and the total scales of SDS and SAS were also significantly lower than that in haloperidol group .after treatment 5 and 7 days. Conclusion： Modifying diazepam loading therapy is safe and effective for the treatment of delirium tremble due to alcohol withdrawal.
