齐拉西酮治疗女性精神分裂症患者临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨齐拉西酮对女性精神分裂症患者的疗效及安全性。方法:采用随机双盲对照研究,对100例女性精神分裂症住院患者随机分为齐拉西酮组、氯丙嗪组,各50例。疗程8周。以阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评定疗效,以治疗中出现的症状量表(TESS)评定不良反应,用世界卫生组织编制的生活质量量表(WHOQOL-100)评定生活质量,同时检测体质量、血糖及催乳素。结果:齐拉西酮组与氯丙嗪组的总体疗效相当;氯丙嗪较齐拉西酮引起的锥体外系反应及抗胆碱能作用发生率高;齐拉西酮对血清催乳素、血糖、体质量影响较氯丙嗪小;齐拉西酮组WHOQOL-100各领域评分均明显改善。结论:齐拉西酮与氯丙嗪疗效相当,不良反应小,明显改善患者生活质量。Objective：To explore the therapeutic effect and security of ziprasidone in the treatment of female patients with schizophrenia. Method： 100 female schizophrenia patients were randomly and double-blandly assigned to ziprasidone group （ n = 50） and chlorpromazine group （ n = 50） for 8 weeks. The therapeutic effects were assessed by positive and negative symptom scale （PANSS）, and the adverse effects were evaluated by treatment emergent symptom scale （TESS）, and the quality of life were measured by World Health Onganization quality of life questionnaire （WHOQOL-100）. Resnits：The therapeutic effects of ziprasidone were same as those of chlorpromazine. The incidence rate of extrapyramidal side effect （EPS） and cholinergic adverse effects were significantly higher in chlorpromaine group than in ziprasidone group. The effects of ziprasidone on prolactin, blood glucose, and body weight were fewer than those of chlorpromazine, and the quality of life was improved significantly in ziprasidone group than in chlorpromazine group. Conclusion： Ziprasidone is an effective drug in the treatment of female schizophrenics with few side effects, and it can improve the patients＇ quality of life.
