灵芝口服液对辐射危害的辅助保护功能研究

摘　　要：目的:研究灵芝口服液的辐射保护功能。方法:以每日2.5、5.0、15.0 ml/kg b.wt./d灵芝口服液灌胃小鼠30 d后,给予一次性全身γ射线照射,观察小鼠辐照后外周血白细胞数、骨髓细胞微核数、血清溶血素值的变化。结果:灵芝口服液能增加辐照后小鼠外周血白细胞总数,降低小鼠的骨髓细胞微核率,增强小鼠产生血清溶血素的能力。结论:灵芝口服液对辐射危害具有辅助保护功能。Objective： Study on the function of assisting protection of irradiation hazard of Ganoderma Oral Liquid. Methods：Feed the test rats Ganoderma Oral Liquid by 2.5, 5.0, 15. 0 ml/kg b. wt./d for 30 days, then put them under a whole body gamma beam illumination to obtain the data of the quantity changes of peripheral white blood cells, bone marrow cell micro nuclear rates, hemolysin of the test rats. Results： It is obviously increasing the ability of the peripheral white blood cells, reducing bone marrow cell micro nuclear rates and enhancing hemolysin of the test rats after gamma beam illumination by fed the test rats Ganoderma Oral Liquid. Conclusion： Ganoderma Oral Liquids do have the function of assisting irradiation hazard protectiorn.
