摘 要:目的:对新疆膨润土水分散液的流变学性质进行系统研究。方法:采用NDJ-79型旋转式粘度计,以不同切变速率下切变应力的变化,于(25±0.5)℃测试不同浓度水分散液的流变学性质。结果:确立了新疆膨润土水分散液的流动特性为塑性兼触变流动,绘制了其不同浓度水分散液流变曲线,并建立了塑性粘度U、塑变值f与浓度c的函数关系lgU=1.86lgc-4.288,lgf=0.169+0.02456c。OBJECTIVE: To study the rheological properties of Xinjiang bentonite suspension. METHODS: A NDJ-79 rotative viscometry was used to measure the changes of shearing stress by various rates of shearting. RESULTS: Plastic and thixotropic flow appeared in the susppensions. The flow curves were drawn and the function of plastic viscosity U and yield value f to concentration c of bentonite were established respectively:lg U=1.86 lg c-4.288,lg f=0.169+ 0.024 56 c . CONCLUSION: The suspension of Xinjiang bentonite can be applied in pharmacy.
