摘  要:目的:初步建立一个用于颅颌面形态变化研究的有限元分析系统.方法:程序用BorlandC语言编写,对临床常用的X线头颅定位片进行分析.将要分析的头颅定位片(如治疗前和治疗后)描在硫酸纸上,用图形数值化仪把节点输入计算机.根据有限元分析法的原理,将头颅定位片上的颅颌面结构分割成许多三角形单元,用应变张量来描述颅颌面形态变化.结果:本研究建立了侧位硬组织和软组织及正位硬组织二维有限元模型,结果输出既有数据又有图形显示.数据结果有最大、最小主应变,最大、最小伸长率,大小变化,形状变化等,这些数据可通过图形显示出来,临床医生可清楚地观察到各个单元的变化情况.结论:本系统将有限元法通俗化,操作简便、实用,能产生比传统X线头影测量(RCM)更丰富的分析资料,希望能在正畸诊断和矫治方案的制定中,作为RCM的有益补充和进行生长发育研究的新工具.Objective: The study was to establish a computer system of finite element method (FEM) for morphological study of craniofacial changes. Method: The program of the system was written in Borland C programming language for DOS personal computers. Cephalometric headfilms were used for the analysis. The headfilms compared (e.g., pre and posttreatment) were traced and digitized. Based on the principle of FEM, the headfilms were divided into a series of triangle elements. Strain tensor was used to describe the craniofacial changes. Result: The present study established two dimensional FEM models of hard tissue of lateral and postero anterior films and of soft tissue of lateral films. The computer output of the analysis can be presented in both numberical and graphic forms. The numberical results were maximum and minimal strains, maximum and minimal extension ratios, shape change, size change et al . These can be displayed graphically, and the clinicians can immediately appreciate where and how the changes were. Conclusion: Our computer analysis system was a practical, clinical application of FEM in the evaluation of craniofacial morphological changes. It yielded richer information than customary roentgenogrhphic cephalometry (RCM). We wish the system can be a useful supplement of RCM analysis in making diagnosis and treatment planning and a new tool for craniofacial growth and development study.
