云南正常人角膜前曲率半径的测量

摘　　要：测定统计了云南正常人515例(1030)眼的角膜前曲率半径,结果如下:水平经线前曲率半径为7.728±0.301mm((?)±s);垂直经线前曲率半径为7.627±0.307mm.水平经线与垂直经线间以及男女性别间的测定值存在显著差异,而同性别中左右眼间无显著差异,随年龄增大,角膜前曲率半径值呈增大趋势.The redius of anterior curvature of the cornea was measured in 515 normal adults from Yunnan Prvovince. The results were as follows: The horizontal radius of anterior curvature was 7.728±0.301 mm(x±s) and the vertical redius of anterior curvature was 7.627±0.307 mm. There was significant difference of the assay values between males and females, but there was no significant difference in the assay values from the right and left eyes of the same sex. With the increasing of age, the radius value of anterior curvature of the cornea tended to become greater.
