摘　　要：论述了实行医院后勤社会化改革重要性及现实意义,介绍了当前医院后勤改革的主要思路及模式,结合本院医院后勤社会化工作实践,阐述和分析了现实环境下推进医院后勤社会化改革的具体策略与方法。Elaborated implementation of hospital rear service socialization reform importance and the practical significance, introduced the current hospital rear service reform main mentality and the pattern, unified this courtyard hospital rear service socialization working practice, elaborated and analyzed under the realistic environment to advance the hospital rear service socialization reform the concrete strategy and the method.
