叶绿素注射后狗淋巴结光电镜观察及血液分析

摘　　要：用14只狗睾丸实质或子宫角内注射叶绿素显示液后,观察了腰淋巴结和髂总淋巴结的显色情况,并在叶绿素注射后不同时间取显色淋巴结进行光、电镜观察,采股静脉血对叶绿素浓度进行定量测量.结果发现:光镜下叶绿素进入淋巴结的被膜下窦和小梁周窦;电镜下叶绿素注射2小时后,淋巴结被膜下窦内有少量叶绿素颗粒,髓质巨噬细胞内、小血管内亦见叶绿素颗粒.注射后4小时,髓质巨噬细胞内显色颗粒最大,随后,颗粒密度逐渐降低.血液浓度在叶绿素注射后2小时为92.36μg/ml,4小时最高为360.65μg/ml,之后,含量逐渐减少,24小时后叶绿素在血液内消失.Chlorophyll solution was injected into the testes or the uterine cornua of 14 dogs. After injection, lumbar lymph nodes and common iliac lymph nodes were observed with light and electron microscopy, and the concentration of chlorophyll in the blood was tested. Chlorophyll granules were found in lym-phoid sinus under light microscope. 4 hours after injection many more chlorophyll granules were seen within macrophages under electron microscope, but the density of chlorophyll gradually decreased. The concentration of chlorophyll in the blood was 92.36 ug/ml at the 2nd and 4th hour respectively. Chlorophyll disappeared in the blood at the 24th hour.
