摘  要:针对杭钢炼铁厂烧结工艺的要求,把采购进厂的数十种含铁原料,按照生产工艺的要求,并根据料场的现存数量、各种原料的理化性能和烧结性能以及混匀矿的目标成分进行综合选择,采用蚁群算法给出配料计划并生成预想成分,再根据混匀矿预想成分进行混匀堆积。现场应用表明,这种方法切实可行,是解决烧结混匀矿配料复杂性问题的有效途径。On the basis of process requirement of sintering in Ironmaking Plant of Hangzhou Iron and Steel Group Company, purchased several dozens kinds of ironstone were synthetically selected according to pbysical and chemical properties of various materials and their sintering property, objective ingredient of mixed and uniformed ore, and stock in yard. Burdening plan was achieved and expected ingredient was created with ant colony algorithm. Mixed and uniformed pilling was carried out based on expected ingredient of mixed and uniformed ore. On-the-spot application shows that the method is feasible and is an effective way to solve complicated burdening problem of sinter mixed and unifomed ore.
