脑血管造影及供血动脉栓塞在脑膜瘤手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨脑血管造影和经供血动脉肿瘤栓塞在脑膜瘤手术中的应用价值。方法对近4 a收治的257例脑膜瘤患者中术前行脑血管造影87例,31例术前经颈外供血血管栓塞,研究这些术前处理方法在手术中的作用。结果术前造影的所有病例能过清晰的显示肿瘤的供血来源、肿瘤与周围重要动脉和相关静脉的关系。术前经颈外供血血管栓塞可以减少手术中出血,降低手术的危险性。但是术前脑血管造影和经颈外供血血管栓塞也存在一定的问题和缺陷。结论术前脑血管造影和经颈外供血血管栓塞对脑膜瘤的手术治疗有重要意义。[ Objective] To analyze the application value of DSA and embolization of tumors via feeders preoperatively in meningiomas. [ Methods] 257 patients with meningioma were underwent surgery during 2003-2006. Among of them 87 cases had done cerebral angiography and 31 cases of these 87 patients underwent tumor embolization via feeders preopera- tively. [ Results ] The results showed that DSA could clearly demonstrate tumor feeders and the relations between tumor and main brain arteries as well as veins. And tumor embolization via feeders could reduce bleeding and possibility of operative danger during operation. But it still had some problems and deficits. [ Conclusions ] DSA and embolization of tumors via feeders preoperatively have their indications and play an important role for operative treatment of meningioma.
