摘 要:目的探讨牙种植区不同曝光强度放射直视影像(RVG)骨密度测量结果比较及在牙种植中对颌骨质量的评估。方法76例患者82个拟种植区域,术前分别在三种不同曝光强度下拍摄RVG,观察和测量种植区域骨密度值变化,分析不同曝光强度下以及灰度调节后RVG骨密度值的变化。结果不同曝光强度下三组之间的骨密度测量值均有显著性差异(P<0.05),随着曝光强度的增加,骨密度值随之降低。灰度调节对同一种曝光强度下的RVG图像的骨密度测量值没有影响(P>0.05)。结论利用不同曝光强度下RVG骨密度测量结果的变化对牙种植区骨质量评价具有快速、经济、辐射量小、直观的特点。[ Objective] To explore influence of different exposure intensities on bone mineral dentisy (BMD) analysis and evaluation of Jaws quality of dental implants with RVG. [ Methods ] 82 implants were planed to be placed in the jaws of 76 cases. The BMD of the jaws was observed and measured by RVG altering the exposure intensities and gray levels before implants placing. The variation of BMD during different groups was detected and analyzed by spssl3.0 software. [ Results] One way ANOVA analysis showed there was a statistical difference among three groups of different exposure intensities( P 〈 0.05 ), and the BMD values were declined with the increasing of the exposure intensifies. There was no statistical difference among the different gray scales in the same group (P 〉 0.05 ). [ Conclusion ] The BMD analysis of RVG by varying exposure intensity is a useful method to analyze the BMD of the jaws before dental implants surgery,for its advantage of economy, quickness, less radiation exposure and direct-viewing.
