摘  要:对西葫芦根腐病病原进行了室内药剂敏感性测定和田间药效试验。结果表明:对烟草疫霉毒力较强的药剂为烯酰吗啉、甲霜灵锰锌、甲霜灵、百菌清和克露,对尖孢镰刀菌毒力较强的药剂为甲基硫菌灵、甲硫.乙霉威、森茂和苯醚甲环唑。用50%烯酰吗啉可湿性粉剂2 000倍液+70%甲基硫菌灵可湿性粉剂500倍灌根对西葫芦根腐病防治效果最好。从防治效果看出,仅用药剂防治西葫芦根腐病存在一定的局限性,应与其他防治方法配合使用。The sensitivity of the pathogen of summer squash root rot to fungicides was determined in a laboratory and the field tests for fungicide effects were carried out. The results showed that the fungicides with stronger toxicity to Phytophthora nicotianae were dimethomorph, metalaxyl mancoz- eb, metalaxyl, chlorothalonil and cymoxanil mancozeb, and those with stronger toxicity to Fusarium oxysporum were thiophanate-methyl sulfur, diethofencarb· thiophanate-methyl, amobom and difenoconazole. Watering the squash roots with 50% dimethomorph WP 2 000-fold dilution + 70% thiophanate-methyl sulfur WP 500-fold dilution had a good control effect on the root rot. The tests also showed that the effect of controlling the root rot only with fungicides was limited, and the chemical control should be combined with other control measures.
