摘　　要：calpain是钙激活中性蛋白酶,属于半胱氨酸蛋白水解酶超家族成员。是由分子量为80KD的催化亚单位和分子量为30KD的调解亚单位组成的异二聚体。研究最多的是calpain1和2,它们又称μ-calpain和m-calpain。calpain被认为与细胞骨架重塑、信号转导途径、调控细胞周期、基因表达调控、某些凋亡途径以及长程增强效应等有关。calpain参与了细胞凋亡,而calpain抑制剂可以阻止细胞的凋亡。Calpains are a family of tous μ-and m-calpains （calpains Ⅰ and Ⅱ） calcium-dependent cytosolic cysteine proteinases, The ubiqui- the best characterized calpains by far, have been fully analyzed at the protein/enzyme level, They are heterodimers composed of a large 80-kDa catalytic subunit and a common 30-kDa regulatory subunit, The calpains are also implicated in physiological and pathophysiological processes, such as cytoskeletal reorganization, signal transduction pathways, cell cycle regulation, some apoptosis pathways and long-term potentiation, The calpains may play a role in the apoptotic process, since calpain inhibitors can supress cell apoptosis,
