低镁在孕鼠妊娠期高血压疾病发病的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨低镁饮食对妊娠期高血压疾病发病上有无影响。方法分别给不同实验组SD孕鼠低镁、高镁饮食,通过观察血压变化、孕鼠血浆中的内皮素浓度的测定、孕鼠血清镁离子含量的测定、胎盘电镜观察、子鼠数目和发育等指标进行对照分析。结果低镁组妊娠高血压疾病发病率与其它对照组有显著差异;低镁组血浆内皮素较对照组有显著增高;低镁组的受孕率和子鼠数量明显下降,与其它组有显著差异。结论低镁饮食可降低受孕,影响胚胎发育,低镁与妊娠高血压疾病发病有密切的相关性。Objective ： To explore if the food of low - level magnesium has any influence to pathogeny of hypertension disorder complicating pregnancy. Methods ： Experiment the low magnesium, the high the magnesium food of SD pregnant rat for the dissimilarity respectively, pass the to observe blood pressure variety, pregnancy rat blood plasma of endothelin - 1 such as measurement, the placenta electricity mirror observation, the son rat number and growth etc, The pregnant rat serum the magnesium ion the content of the plain the density of carries on checking the against the analysis. ＇ Results ： The gestation group of low the magnesium show the obviously difference with the other groups in the HDCP; endothelin - 1 of the low the magnesium is plain to compare the matched control to show the obviously increase high; group of low magnesium the rate of pregnant and the son rat quantities show the obviously reduce. Conclusion ： The low magnesium food can lower to conceive, influence embryo develop, the low magnesium and hypertension disorder complicating pregnancy have the close relativity.
