摘 要:提出一种基于路面垂直动载时间序列自回归(AR)建模的国际道路不平度指数(IRI)测量方法,即对车轮力传感器测得的路面垂直动载数据进行AR建模,经过Kalman滤波处理后计算功率谱密度,得到路面平整度系数后,由公式转换为IRI值.给出了具体实现方案,分析了方案的合理性,并进行了仿真数据和实车数据实验.仿真数据由AR模型模拟了GB7031—86规定的各级路面,验证了方法的可行性.实车实验分别采集了水泥和沥青路面数据,处理得到的IRI值表明水泥路面和沥青路面均为良级,但水泥路面的路面状况要好于沥青路面,与实际情况相符.建模和滤波等处理均为实时算法,便于仪器化实现,可广泛应用于路面分级和路面质量检测等领域.A method to measure international roughness index (IRI) based on vehicle vertical dynamic load(VVDL) auto-regressive (AR) modeling is presented. Firstly the VVDL AR model is constructed by using wheel force transducer, then the power spectral density is calculated after Kalman filtering. After the road roughness coefficient is calculated the IRI is finally obtained through concerned equation. The detailed scheme is described and both simulated road and real road experiment were carried out. The simulated road was constructed according to GB 7031-86 specification using AR modeling. The real road experiment was conducted with concrete and pitch road VVDL, in both cases the IRI results are accurate which shows that the method is reasonable and can be applied to road test and grading.
