摘　　要：在分析城市公共交通一卡多用系统创造价值过程及系统关键价值活动基础上,提出形成系统核心竞争力关键因素及形成系统竞争优势的方法,以确保系统持续发展。用Ansoff矩阵分析了系统的四种发展方式,讨论了根据系统市场地位在不同发展阶段选择系统发展方式的方法。研究成果为城市公共交通一卡多用系统建设与运营提供了理论依据。Based on the analysis of the system value chain and key value activities, the key factors forming the system core competency and the method to form system competitive advantage were put forward so as to insure the sustainable development of the system. Four system developing ways were analyzed using Ansoff matrix, and the selection of development way according to the system market positioning in different developing stages was also discussed. The result can provide a kind of theoretical support for the construction and operation of the system development.
