摘　　要：确定了体育法学理论体系的逻辑起点——体育行为,它是体育法学理论体系赖以建立的最基本的、可以统帅和建构体育法学理论体系的范畴或概念,并以此为起点,进行了逻辑推演。在确定逻辑起点的过程中对"一般起点"(研究起点)与逻辑起点的关系进行了识别;还提出了考虑体育法学自身的实际情况,包括体育法学与法学的关系、体育法学理论与实践的关系、体育法学的发展程度等因素。Sport behavior is the logical starting point of theoretical system of the sport law, which is the basis, leading conception in the theoretical system of the science of sport law, on this point, the author makes logical deduction. In the course of fixing the logical starting point, this paper distinguishes the relation between research point and the logical starting point, meanwhile, putting forward the practical condition of the sport law itself, such as relations between the sport law and the science of law, theory of the sport law and practice, development degree of the sport law.
