摘  要:[目的]调查分析中学生饮食习惯的现状和存在问题,为制定青少年危害健康行为的早期干预措施提供参考依据。[方法]按照整群抽样的方法选取深圳市某中学高1高2 400名学生为调查对象,根据广东省青少年健康相关行为调查组设计的广东青少年健康相关行为调查问卷,现场匿名独立填写,应用SPSS11.0统计软件对资料进行统计分析。[结果]不健康饮食方式如多吃甜点、少吃奶制品、不吃或少吃早餐、厌食等的发生率均较高。各种不良饮食习惯的发生状况年级差异显著,性别差异不明显。[结论]深圳市高中学生的饮食习惯仍存在各种问题,应根据不同年级的差异选择恰当时机,针对特定问题采取有效的早期干预措施,以切实保护青少年的身心健康。[Objective]To analyze the current conditions and possible problems of the diet style of middle school students.To provide references for the prevention of health risk behaviors in middle school students.[Methods]The Youth Risk Behavior Survey(YRBS)questionnaires which were designed by the study group on youth health risk behavior of Gongdong province were completed by 400 middle school students in Shenzhen anonymously who were selected using cluster sampling method.Data were analyzed using SPSS version 11.0.[Results]Unhealthy diet styles,for example,eating more dessert,drinking less milk,skipping breakfast or having less and anorexia were common in middle students.There was statistically significant difference of unhealthy diet style between grades and not between genders.[Conclusion]Many problems upon diet style exist in high school students of Shenzhen.Effective measures should be carried out for prevention and early intervention according to the differences of different grades to protect the students' health.
