某大学学生早餐状况分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解中国地质大学学生早餐现状,为学生健康教育提供参考。[方法]采用随机抽样的办法抽取1～4年级大学生1 600名。[结果]该校大学生经常吃早餐和奶制品饮用的比例分别为87.8%和69.9%,性别间差异均存在统计学意义;分析183名学生不吃早餐原因:没有时间吃的最高占44.3%;奶制品的饮用3个居住地(城市/小城镇/农村)差异存在高度统计学意义,农村居住地的学生不饮用比例最高占41.1%;生活费和早餐费以来自城市学生最高,农村学生最低,差异存在高度统计学意义。[结论]该校学生食用早餐和奶制品情况女生优于男生,来自农村的学生饮用奶制品及生活费均低于城市的学生。建议加强健康教育,食堂应结合学生的特点增加豆制品的供应,改变早餐花色,提高学生的食欲,建立适合中国地质大学生的早餐膳食模式。[Objective]To investigate the breakfast status of students in China University of Geosciences,and to provide references for health education among university students.[Methods]1 600 students from grade 1 to grade 4 in the university were selected by the method of random sampling.[Results]About 87.8% of the students had breakfast every day and 69.9% of the students took milk products,and significant differences were found between male and female students.According to the analysis on the reasons for not taking breakfast among 183 students,44.3% students had no time to take breakfast.Among students respectively from urban area,suburban area and rural area,the differences that the intake of milk products among them were significant;41.1% of the students from rural area did not take milk products in breakfast,which was the highest proportion;the living expenses and expenses spent on breakfast of students from urban area were the highest,while those of students from rural area were the lowest,and there was a great difference between the two.[Conclusion]The intake situation of breakfast and milk products among female students is better than among male students in this university,the expenses spent on milk products and daily living expenses of the students from rural area are both lower than those of urban students.It is suggested that strengthening health education,adding the supply of bean products according to the characteristics in dinning hall,enriching the kinds of breakfast to attract students＇ appetite,establishing rational dietary pattern of breakfast for students in China University of Geosciences should be carried out.
