摘  要:目的:筛选膀胱癌化学治疗敏感性药物。方法:通过30例膀胱癌细胞原代培养,观察常用化学治疗药物的抑制率。结果:膀胱癌细胞对不同化学药物的敏感性不同(F=3.4251,P<0.01),敏感性由高至低依次为:卡铂、顺铂、环磷酰胺、丝裂霉素、噻替哌、表阿霉素、5-氟尿嘧啶、吡柔比星、喜树碱、阿霉素、氨甲蝶呤、长春新碱;不同个体的癌细胞对同一药物的敏感性存在明显差异。结论:膀胱癌化学治疗首选卡铂、顺铂、环磷酰胺、丝裂霉素、噻替哌,建议以药物敏感性试验选药,实现治疗个体化方案。Objective:To screen sensitive anticancer drugs for bladder cancer. Method: 30 specimens resected were studied for the effect of 12 commonly used anticancer drugs on the cell growth inhibition by means of primary tumor cell culture in vitro and MTT colorimetric assay. Result: The results showed that di- versity of chemosensitivity was observed in samples in different drugs ( F = 3. 4251 , P 〈 O. 01) ;The chemo- semitivity from high to low was Carboplatin ( CAB ), Cisplatin ( DDP ), Cyclophosphamide (CTX), Mitomycin ( MMC ) ,Thiotepa (THI), Pharmorubicin (epi - ADM ), Fluorouracil (5 - FU ), Pirambicin ( THP ), Hydroxy- camptothecine ( OPT), Adriamycin ( ADM ), Methotrexate ( MTX ), Vincresfine ( VCR ) in turn; different indi- vidual has different chemosensitivity for the same drug. Conclusion: CAB , DDP, CTX, MMC, thiotepa are the first choice drugs for bladder cancer. We suggest that the selection of the drugs depend on chemosensitiv- ity test,and chemotherapy of the bladder cancer should be individualized.
