斯巴敏治疗肠易激综合征疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察斯巴敏治疗肠易激综合征(IBS)的临床疗效。方法:观察80例IBS患者,随机分为两组,每组40例。治疗组应用斯巴敏40mg口服,每日3次,对照组应用谷维素10mg,每天3次,疗程4周。观察治疗前后症状变化。结果:治疗组痊愈8例、显效17例、有效9例、无效6例,对照组痊愈1例、显效9例、有效12例、无效18例。治疗组总有效率为85%,对照组总有效率为55%,两组总有效率比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。无明显不良反应。结论:斯巴敏是一种治疗IBS的较理想药物。Objective： To observe the clinical safety and efficacy of spasmoment in the treatment of Irri- table Bowel Syndrome（IBS）. Method： 80 patients with IBS were recruited into the study and randomly di- vided into two groups, each 40 examples. The observed group was given spasmoment 40 mg, po, tid, and the matched group was given oryzanol 10 mg,po,tid. Result： After 4 weeks observation,8 patients was recover , 17 patients was signal effect ,9 patients was being efficacious,6 patients was being inefficacious in treatment group. 1 patients was recover ,9 patients was signal effect , 12 patients was being efficacious, 18 patients was being inefficacious in control group. The validity rate in treatment group was 85% ,and the control group was 55%. There was notable diversity （P 〈 0.01 ）. No side effect was observed. Conclusion： Spasmomen is an effective agent for treatment of IBS.
