宫颈癌中CD_(44) v6的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的:为探讨宫颈癌手术标本中CD44v6的表达及其临床意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学S-P法,检测宫颈癌手术标本中CD44v6的表达。结果:CD44v6蛋白在正常粘膜中的表达明显低于在宫颈癌中的表达;CD44v6蛋白的表达与宫颈癌组织细胞分化程度以及宫颈癌的临床病理分期呈现正相关。结论:宫颈癌组织中,CD44v6的过度表达促进肿瘤的发生和发展,检测癌组织中CD44v6的表达情况,有助于深入了解宫颈癌的生物学行为,对预后判断也具有重要意义。Objective： To analyze the expression of CD44v6 in a series of human tissue sample representing different stages of cervix carcinomas. Method： Paraffin embedded materials from 80 samples of cervix carcinomas were analyzed by immunohistochemistry for CD44 v6 expression. Positive signals were shown in cell membrane and cytoplasma. Result： Of 80 cases, the expression of CD44 v6 was significantly related to the progress of invasion, lymphatic metastasis and the TNM stage of the cervix carcinomas, respectively （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： CD44v6 might play a role in the pathogenesis of cervix carcinomas.
