摘 要:目的:探讨磁性附着体的临床应用效果。方法:用Magfig EX磁性附着体为12名患者制作下颌全口覆盖义齿,粘固磁体前后进行咀嚼效率测试,并就义齿应用后出现的问题进行12~18月的随访观察。结果:粘固磁体后义齿的固位力及咀嚼效率明显提高,戴用义齿后并发症发生率较低。结论:Magfit磁性附着体能有效改善下颌全口覆盖义齿的固位,提高咀嚼效率,具有良好的临床应用效果。Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of magnetic attachment with overdenture. Method: Twelve patients were treated with Magnetic EX retained mandibular complete overdentures. The retention and masticatory efficiency of patients wearing mandibular complete overdentures with Magnetic EX attachments were investigated at different periods , and the problems of the overdentures was followed up for 12 - 18 months. Result :The results showed magnetic attachments can provide good retention for mandibular complete overdentures and improve the masticatory performance of the patients ( p 〈 0. 05 ), Only a few complications were observed. Conclusion: Magfit EX magnetic attachments can be used to improve the retention and masticatory efficiency of complete overdentures.
