局部晚期乳腺癌术前腹壁上动脉灌注化疗的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:评价术前腹壁上动脉灌注化疗对局部晚期乳腺癌的临床疗效。方法:将84例局部晚期乳腺癌患者随机分为两组。治疗组42例行术前腹壁上动脉灌注化疗1次,对照组42例行全身静脉化疗3周期,全部用CEF方案,化疗后再进行手术。评估术后疗效。结果:腹壁上动脉灌注化疗后肿瘤达临床完全缓解(CCR)28例,部分缓解(PR)11例,完全病理缓解(PCR)19例。对照组行静脉化疗后肿瘤病灶临床完全缓解(CR)12例,部分缓解(PR)22例,完全病理缓解(PCR)9例。结论:腹壁上动脉灌注化疗作为晚期乳腺癌的术前辅助治疗具有效果好,显著缩短疗程且毒副反应小、简便,值得进一步推广。Objective： To study the effect of superior epigastric arterial perfusion chemotherapy in locally advanced breast cancer. Method：84 patients of local breast cancer were divided into two groups . 42 patients of treatment group were administered chemotherapy one time through superior epigastric artery . 42 patients of control group was given general chemotherapy three cycles, and we analyzed them after operations. Result ： There are 28 cases achieved .clinical complete remission （ CCR ）, 11 cases achieved partial remission （ PR ）, 19 cases achieved complete remission in pathology （ PC R ） in treatment group. There are 12 cases a- chieved clinical complete remission （ CCR） ,22 cases achieved partial remission（ PR） ,9 cases achieved com- plete remission in pathology （ PCR ） in control group. Conclution： Preoperative of superior epigastric arterial perfusion chemotherapy in locally advanced breast cancer can effectively raise the effective of preoperative chemotherapy. And the term of treatment is significantly shorten. This treatment is also very simple and with little poisonous side effect and worth of promotion.
