摘 要:对低温送风管路保冷厚度进行热经济分析,给出保冷厚度的计算程序和确定方法。认为保冷厚度的设计应综合考虑允许厚度δmin、不凝露厚度δd和经济厚度δe,同时结合管道的外部空气环境等因素进行全面权衡。运用计算程序,通过一个低温送风管路保冷厚度计算实例,说明保冷厚度的确定方法,为制冷空调系统保冷厚度的工程设计及系统优化提供参考。The calculating method and program were made for thermal insulation thickness of the cold air distribution ducts based on thermal economy analysis. Utilizing different methods it was indicated that permitted thickness (δmin) , non-dew insulation thickness (δd) and economy thickness (δe) should be considered in designing insulation thickness of air-conditioning ducts by computing programme, the difference of results for thermal insulation thickness and the lowest cost were shown based on instance analysis. In the design of insulation thickness air environment of duct surface should be considered,too. A design sample of insulation layer thickness for cold air distribution duct was given.
