摘　　要：益生菌是一种有益于人体健康的肠道微生物,目前已有很多商品化的益生菌制剂应用于临床,特别是在消化道疾病中显露突出的疗效。其安全性和有效性已在临床上得到验证,取得了一定的疗效。本文重点介绍益生菌在防治幽门螺杆菌(H.pylori)感染、炎症性肠病(IBD)和肝硬化等疾病中的临床应用。益生菌是一种有效制剂,值得在临床上研究应用。Probiotics are a group of enteric microbes that have beneficial effects on the health of human being. At present, there are many commercial products of probiotics being used in clinical practice for the management of gastrointestinal disorders and proved to be effective and safe. In this article we reviewed the clinical application of probiotics in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori （H. pylori） infection, inflammatory bowel disease and hepatic cirrhosis.The results suggest that probiotics are effective preparations and are worth to be further studied in clinical practice.
