摘　　要：在介绍晶须生长机制的基础上分析了氮化硅结构特点、物化性能,简单介绍了氮化硅的制备方法,较详细阐述了其作为复合材料的应用现状,最后对其今后的发展方向做了展望。The growth mechanism of whisker was reviewed and then the structure characteristics, the physical and chemical properties of Si2N3 whisker were analyzed. The prepare methods of Si2N3 whisker were discussed simply. The recent application of Si2N3 whisker of reinforcing material has been commented in details. Finally it was pointed out the near future developing trend of Si2N3 whisker.
