摘　　要：协同发展的理论基础内涵在于从系统科学与社会发展理论的有机融合中,寻找表征支持广义社会发展系统协同运作的发展管理哲学思维,其协同发展的重要本质特征应是物质能量信息的有机协调合作。本文基于发展管理哲学的研究与思辨,论述了协同发展的广义性、社会性、和谐性等属性关联及其所蕴涵的物质能量信息一体化相变状态,旨在为我国管理科学与工程界开辟社会发展复杂系统协同理论研究奠定发展基础。The theoretical basis of social synergic development is the exploration of a philosophy of development and management which supports synergic production of the General Social Development System （GSDS） in the organic inosculation of systematic science and social development theory. The fundamental property of the social synergic development is the organic coordination of matter, energy and information. Based on the research and speculativeness of the philosophy of development and management, this paper is to study the broadness, social property, concordance and phase - change of unification of matter, energy and information of the synergic development, thus providing the foundation for the development of coordination theory of complex society system in the circle of management science and engineering.
