关键成功因素法对高校学生工作信息系统的分析研究

摘　　要：新时期的高校学生工作必须不断提高效率和管理水平,构建高效务实的高校学生工作信息系统尤为重要。应用关键成功因素法对高校学生工作信息系统的后台数据逻辑、前台业务逻辑及其相互关系进行研究,通过管理信息系统项目实施,进行学生工作业务流程重组,提高学生工作管理水平。In the new era, work for students is required to improve efficiency and management skill constantly. Through the analysis to system objective and critical success factors （CSFs）of the constructing work information system for university students, we find that EA （electronic archive） can be the data core of work information system for college students. C/S mode combined with B/S mode, high efficient and practical work information system for college students is to be set up cored with EA, supported by work flow and with all transaction services as the front interface.
