摘 要:目的片状核酸内切酶1(FEN1)基因是与DNA复制和修复有关的基因。有关FEN1在食管鳞癌中的研究至今未见报道。本研究检测FEN1在食管鳞癌中的表达状态,希望揭示FENI与食管鳞癌之间的可能关系。方法运用逆转录一聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)检测FEN1在62例食管鳞癌和癌旁上皮中的表达状态;探讨FEN1的变化与临床和病理参数的关系。结果36例(58%)癌组织显示FEN1表达上调;23例(37%)癌旁上皮FEN1表达上调;FEN1在食管鳞癌组织和癌旁上皮组织中的表达状态差异有统计学意义。不同分期、分级、淋巴结转移、性别和年龄FEN1表达状态差异无统计学意义。结论FEN1可能是一个参与食管鳞癌发生发展的一个有价值的分子标志物。Objective FENl(flap endonucleasel ) gene is associated with DNA replication and repair. So far, no research on FEN1 in esophageal squamous cell carcinomas has been reported. In this study, we detected FEN1 expression to disclose the possible implication of FEN1 in esophageal squamous cell carcinomas. Methods We detected the expression status of FEN1 in esophageal squamous cell carcinomas and para-cancer epithelia of the esophagus via RT-PCR. We explored the possible relationship between the changes of FEN1 and clinicpathologic data. Results Of the 62 cases, 36 cases (58%) showed FEN1 overexpression in the carcinomas, 23 cases (37%) showed FEN1 overexpression in the para-cancer epithelia. Significant difference was found when we compared FEN1 expression in esophageal squamous cell carcinomas with the one in the para- cancer epithelia. The expression status of FEN1 was not significantly different in stage, grade, lymph node metastasis,sex and years. Conclusions FENI is possibly a valuable molecular marker involved ill esophageal carcinogenesis.
