摘 要:为了解决浆料逆流洗涤过程中洗后浆残碱与首段黑液波美度在工艺指标要求上的矛盾,并能获得良好的浆料洗涤效果,立足于我国常用的麦草浆洗涤工艺和装备,在全面分析影响麦草浆洗涤质量主要因素的基础上,提出并设计了一种具有基本控制级、联动级和优化级结构的纸浆洗涤过程集成优化控制系统,详细介绍了基本控制级中采用的主要控制算法,描述了基于洗后浆残碱与首段黑液波美度的神经网络数学模型建立方法以及对洗后浆产量和清水加入量进行的双目标优化方法。实际运行效果证明了本控制系统的有效性。In order to solve the conflict on the technical targets between the residual alkali in the washed pulp of the countercurrent washing and the Baume degree of the black liquor in the first section and to achieve better washing effect, an integrated pulp washing process optimization control system with the basic control level, interacting level and optimization level is proposed based on the common wheat straw pulp washing technology and equipment and a comprehensive analysis of the major factors influencing the wash quality of wheat straw pulp. The primary control algorithms in the basic control level are introduced in detail, setting up method for the neural network mathematical model based on the residual alkali in the washed pulp and the Baume degree of the first section black liquor and the double-goal optimization method for the control of the washed pulp yield and the clear water addition are described. The practical operation proved that the control system is effective.
