摘　　要：目前非法学本科专业的法学类课程教学存在一些问题,因此,有必要明确非法学本科专业法学教育的目标,并且对教学计划、教学内容、教学方法、学分与学时的安排等问题进行探讨,以期提高非法学专业学生的法学理论与实践能力。Some problems are lying in the teaching process of law courses for non-law majors in college. It＇s necessary to make sure the target of law education among non-law majors and discuss teaching plan, teaching content, teaching approach and arrangement of credit and class hour, hoping to improve the theoretical as well as practical skills of non-law majors.
